Likely the largest issue in the Journal’s history, this edition offers an expansive and globally inclusive array of research, case studies, and reflective essays. The issue opens with in-depth examinations of library history and development, such as the evolution of libraries in Kazakhstan in anticipation of IFLA WLIC 2025 to take place in Astana, Kazakhstan.
