A recording from the IFLA Townhalls that took place on 25 and 26 November, as well as 1 December is now available.

The Townhalls, led by IFLA President Leslie Weir and Secretary General Sharon Memis, provided updates on our drive to integrate futures and trends into our wider work. This is a significant presidential priority, and closely linked with plans for IFLA100.

IFLA100 will be launched at our 2026 World Library and Information Congress (WLIC), which will take place in Busan, Korea. The Townhall talked about this, and in particular how it implements the recommendations of the WLIC review.

The Townhall was also an opportunity to look at the new Presidential dashboard, plans for the Governing Board, and a look ahead to upcoming activities. The slides are available on our Repository and the recording is below. A set of relevant links are shared at bottom:
