2025 Mid-year Meeting for IFLA Section Libraries for Children and Young Adults
The section’s annual Mid-year Meeting will be held in İstanbul, Türkiye, in combination with IFLA Sections on School Libraries, Environment, Sustainability and Libraries, and Literacy and Reading. It is co-hosted by C&YA Standing Committee member Sevgi Arıoğlu (Koç School Libraries Manager) and ENSULIB Standing Committee member Merve Yavuzdemir (Ministry of Culture and Tourism Directorate General of Libraries and Publications). The in-person events will take place at the Rami Library in conjunction with the International Library Week Festival, during which some of each section’s Standing Committee members will present. The Mid-year Meeting also includes business meetings open to observers to follow via Zoom.
