The State of Qatar, represented by Qatar National Library, is hosting the 36th Annual Conference of the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information (AFLI) from 23 to 25 November 2025 at the Education City Student Center (Multaqa) in Doha, Qatar.

Conference Theme and Objectives

The conference will address the concept of digital justice within the Arab region and explore the role of information institutions in advancing digital transformation, ensuring equitable access to knowledge, and promoting sustainable digital ecosystems.

العدالة الرقمية ومؤسسات المعلومات العربية: تعزيز الشراكة، الاستدامة، والتحول الرقمي

تستضيف دولة قطر، ممثلة بمكتبة قطر الوطنية، المؤتمر السادس والثلاثين للاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات، وذلك خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 25 نوفمبر 2025 في مركز الطلاب بالمدينة التعليمية (ملتقى) في الدوحة – قطر.

محاور وأهداف المؤتمر

يتناول المؤتمر موضوع العدالة الرقمية في البيئة العربية، ودور مؤسسات المعلومات في دعم التحول الرقمي، وتعزيز الوصول العادل إلى المعرفة، إضافةً إلى تناول التحديات المتعلقة بالفجوة الرقمية وأثرها على المجتمعات العربية.
