  • Mayasari Abdul Majid (Library, LEAD International School, Malaysia)
  • Dr. Mayasari Abdul Majid, serves as the Library Director at LEAD International School, owned by LSL Education Group, Malaysia. She is also the Chair of the School Resource Centre Committee under the Librarian’s Association of Malaysia, and a Standing Committee Member of the School Libraries Section, IFLA, as well as a joint committee member of the IASL–IFLA. Dr. Mayasari holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, specializing in School Library Management.
    Dr. Mayasari is an accomplished leader and advocate for school library innovation, information literacy, and the integration of AI in education. She has represented Malaysia at various international platforms, coordinated the International School Library Month for three consecutive years, and contributed to the NILA, a national information literacy agenda for Malaysia framework. In recognition of her dedication and achievements, she was awarded the Promising Librarian Award in 2023 and the Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians (CONSAL) Young Librarian Award in 2025.
  • Building AI Literacy to Tackle Misinformation: Lessons from the PRODIGI Project
  • Tania Azadi (Media Culture & Policy Lab, KU Leuven, Belgium)
  • Tania Azadi is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the Media, Culture and Policy Lab at KU Leuven, where she has played a key role in developing and strengthening the Creative Europe Programme research project PRODIGI, in which she serves as co-lead and principal investigator. Her research explores media and AI literacy, with a focus on vulnerable groups, using participatory methods and the application of critical theories.
    She is a member of the KU Leuven Digital Society Institute and holds network memberships with organizations such as the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T). She is also an active participant in several major international research consortia, including the Creative Europe Programme PRODIGI, the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Joint Doctorate Network DEMINE, and REMEDIS.
