Connecting internationally

In a landmark decision at the 30th UN Climate Change Conference (COP30), members of the Global Initiative for Information Integrity on Climate Change singed the Declaration on Information Integrity on Climate Change. This affirms a commitment to promoting equitable access to quality information and fostering collaboration to address threats to information integrity on climate change.

This initative is presented in support of the Global Initiative for Information Integrity on Climate Change. It is also integrated into the Plan for Accelerated Solutions on Narratives as Catalysis for Change within the COP30 Action Agenda Activation Group 19 and aligned with Activation Group 30: highlighting the role of the culture sector (including institutions like libraries) in helping all people engage with climate information and take action.
