Upcoming Session Explores Leadership Styles in Libraries

This session will focus on the different styles of leadership in libraries and the various ways library leaders make decisions. You will be given the opportunity to share experiences with other participants. Liisi Lembinen, Development Director at the University of Tartu Library, Estonia, will give an introduction based on her thesis on the subject. After the presentation, all participants will be invited to the discussions. No registration needed.

The IFLA Standing Committee on Management & Marketing is set to host an engaging online session titled “Leadership in Libraries: How Do Library Leaders Make Decisions?” on March 13th from 14:00 to 15:30 CET.
