IFLA’s Management of Library Association Section (MLAS) will share key insights from its Advocacy Impact Evaluation Project—a vital tool that empowers library associations worldwide to evaluate and improve their advocacy strategies. MLAS will also present highlights from its Building Strong Library Associations (BSLA) initiative, focusing on priority areas such as information integrity, financial sustainability, membership retention, library advocacy, and strategic planning.
The session will include a collaborative discussion where participants can engage with the insights presented and explore strategies for tackling these challenges within their own associations.
