Out Now: IFLA Annual Report 2023

Remind yourself of all that we achieved together in 2023 in our Annual Report. With a strong focus on sharing stories of our impact, as well as other key facts and figures around our work, this provides a great snapshot of what our Federation is all about.

The IFLA Annual Report 2023, published today, presents the text reviewed and agreed by IFLA’s members at our General Assembly in June 2024 now in a more accessible and informative form.

IFLA’s members, volunteers, partners and the wider library field will find highlights of work carried out under the different strategic directions of our 2019-2024 Strategy, as well as deeper dives into the work of our volunteer units, publications, conference and membership.

Highlights of this new edition include a much stronger focus on sharing stories about the impact that working with IFLA has had on people and organisations, as well as features highlighting key facts and figures about our work. We are grateful to everyone who shared their experiences and perspectives.

This work fits in with the goal of providing greater transparency to all about the work we are doing, and the difference we are making. The same goal is at the heart of our new Strategy, which replaces the current one from 1 October 2024. This will provide the structure for our 2024 Annual Report.
