The forum was organised by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Africa Union. This prestigious event falls under the framework of the Global Internet Governance Forum, serving as a regional platform for inclusive dialogue on Internet governance and digital public policy.
